#BeKind – CAS(E) this Sketch 207

Today’s project was inspired by the CAS(E) this Sketch! challenge:

The flowers I used are one of my favorite stamp sets by Stampin’ Up! called Garden in Bloom. It’s a three-step stamp but I chose to use just the outline stamps in Simon Says Stamp Black ink. I love the stark contrast with the vivid pink!

I used Rustic White card stock so please know that those flecks you see are not a stamping mistake! lol I did some masking with the flowers and the leaves to get a nice overlay. I’m so happy with the way everything turned out!

I’ve been redoing my craft room since my “incident” last October and tomorrow hubby is going to start hanging things on the walls! Progress!! And then the Super Bowl! I love football so my crafting will have to wait until the evening!

I’d love to hear how you spend Super Bowl Sunday?

How every you choose to spend it, I hope you have a great day!!

Great card! So glad to see you back & do some pics of the “new therapy room”…..that is what mine is called!! We love football also……even if we don’t have our team (Broncos) in the game this season. We generally have a bunch of appetizers along with some awesome wings that my husband makes & lounge around watching all the Super Bowl hype before the game…….wait for the halftime show. This year we can relax & watch the game. Much different when you have your favorite team playing!!!! Enjoy your day!
