Welcome to the first Pals Paper Arts challenge of 2015! Our design team has put together some amazing challenges for us this year, including this wonderful color combination:
Aren’t the colors elegant? I had such fun putting them all together!
I immediately pulled out Stampin’ Up!’s Flower Patch photopolymer stamp set. The colors just seemed to lend themselves to layering. I used Wisteria Wonder as my focal color backed up by Night of Navy, with small added pops of Silver.
Oh, and of course I HAD to add some rhinestone jewels! They are the perfect jewelry!
I got a bit carried away and continued the decorating on the inside of the card as well…
What do you think? I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink for the sentiments on both the front and the inside of the card. I’m just loving this color combination!
Before I sign off, I want to send out a HUGE thank you to you, my readers, for joining me on my new paper crafting adventure here on Shannon Kay Paperie. I was amazed yesterday at all the notifications of new subscribers and am completely and joyfully overwhelmed by your loyalty and support! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!
And now, if you have time, please hop on over to the Pals Paper Arts website to see the inspiration our other designers have for you today! I hope to see you join us this week!
Wishing you joy and blessings!
