Hello and Welcome!

Today I am sharing a card I created for the Retro Sketches challenge this week:

rs141

I truly enjoyed using this sketch and mixing products from different companies into one simple card that I L-O-V-E!!

I admit to stamping my card a few times to get the balance of the colors and the spacing of the flowers correct. In the end though, I just added trios of blue dots to every space that I thought needed filling and, voila!, a balanced card!

I have learned a few tips when working with clear stamps. When they are new they are still coated with a bit of residue, a film if you will, that remains from the manufacturing process. I run my adhesive remover over the face of the stamp and then clean the stamp thoroughly. The residue is removed and the stamps will now stamp very cleanly!

Thank you so much for stopping by!
