Happy Saturday my friends! Another week is in the books and it’s time for some inky fun!

I sure had a lot of fun with the sketch from the team over at Freshly Made Sketches:

I didn’t realize until this moment where the sketch had placed the sentiment. Oops 🙂

Today’s card uses the blooms from Stampin’ Up’s Garden in Bloom and the sentiment from Happy Birthday Everyone. I created a mask by stamping the bloom onto a Post-It, trimming around the outline and then laid the mask over the first bloom in the corner. That allowed me to stamp two more blooms without any overlap.

Aren’t the pattern papers lovely? The are actually left over pieces from a Paper Pumpkin kit from years ago. I’m pretty happy to get them out of my stash and onto a project! I thought three random sequins would round out the card but ended up adding extra detail with a stamp that had three tiny dots on it…they are the perfect accent!
